Neil Law and Associates’s healthcare practice focuses on health systems, physician practice groups, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers in areas of corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Our attorneys advise clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, change of ownership, employee contracts, facility development and expansion, corporate governance, physician self-referral prohibitions. They represent clients with Anti-Kickback issues, provider licensure, medical staff matters, pharmacy issues, HIPAA, and Medicare/Medicaid conditions of participation, and reimbursement. In addition, they have represented a variety of health care entities in A Certificate of Need matters including applications, letters of non-reviewability, administrative hearings, appeals and judicial reviews.
